How to make melt and pour soap (video tutorial) I hope this blog will become a go-to guide for anyone who wants to protect and improve their health through the use of clean and natural ingredients with therapeutically graded essential oils. Everyone loves to have a bar of soap in their shower or bath. How about learning how to make your own bar of soap with ingredients that are not hard to find. Amazon will probably become your number one online store for all your supplies and so on… at least it is true for me! Making soap from a prepared soap base is fairly easy and a quick way to do it. You can purchase soap base in any store’s craft section or online. I choose more natural products with safer ingredients – for this one reason we even want to make our own, right? It’s also safe on any equipment – I used a non-stick pot on a medium high heat and you can do the same! Just remember, don’t over boil the mixture or it will end up covered in suds. Video Tutorial You can use any Soap Base you like, and I used 5lb Clear Glycerin Soap Base, just click on the highlighted words to see the Soap Base. Instructions: 1/3 (that is about 1lb.60oz) of 5lb. soap base cut into little pieces. (you don’t need to be perfect in soap base measurements since it always varies on the type of soap base). Melt completely on a medium high heat, stir regularly. 1/4 cups Almond Oil. 1/3 cups Aloe Vera Juice. 1tsp green tea powder. Stir in the hot mixture, combine until completely incorporated. Add 50 drops of your favorite essential oil blend for fall/winter season. I added BREATHE from doTERRA. Pour the mixture into the soap mold. (I used regular size soap mold that is 6 in one mold. Total of 8 soaps from this mixture). Remove from mold after 6 to 8 hours. Enjoy your soap and save some for an amazing GIFT idea!!! When you have free time enjoy reading my Blogged Book Destiny HERE!
Motivation for Tomorrow What’s your #1 priority tomorrow? Hey Everyone 👋, This is an interesting todays subject. As a mom of 3 children, married, with a busy life style – the priority is getting one step closer to my goal (finish blogging my book), and that means: Wakeup at 5am (I find this very productive starting my day early) Spiritual growth, Coffee, Blog (my book), lots of writing (and I enjoy it), Being a wifey to my hubby and a mommy to my kiddos and everything else in between. With a perfectionist inside of me, I do confess that it’s not always perfect and that’s ok. Things sometimes fall out of balance, and that’s where my strong ‘Why?’ comes in handy. “Why do I do what I do?” This always helps me to get back on track quickly. Making a vision board is also something I found it to be very helpful to keep me stay on the right road to ACTUALLY finish and achieve something that was planned. One step at time… Agree?… Read my blogged book here from the beginning – Destiny (part 1)
